Her practice covers group taxation (particularly in sectors such as IT, automotive, transport and oil and gas), technology law, employment law, collective bargaining and internal procedures (legal compliance), commercial law and insolvency proceedings, as well as advisory work on complex real estate transactions, where she draws on her earlier experience in notarial practice.
She is a co-founder of "AI în muncă", a project for companies navigating the transition to a labour market reshaped by automation, and AI în medicină, a project for healthcare providers integrating artificial intelligence systems into clinical practice, one that draws directly on her experience in medical malpractice litigation and her practical understanding of how liability operates in the healthcare sector.
