Senior associate at MH Lawyers, with a practice focused on providing strategic solutions and sustainable legal instruments, which withstand the evolution and complexity of the business environment.
She has solid experience in labour law, collective bargaining and internal procedures (compliance), tax law (especially taxation of groups in industries such as IT, automotive, transport and the oil industry), commercial law and insolvency, information technology and artificial intelligence law.
She also has substantial expertise in real estate law, based on the experience previously acquired in notarial practice, which allows for an in-depth understanding of complex real estate transactions.
Her professional career includes her role as managing partner within Burghelea, Bustan Law Firm, alongside academic activity as an external collaborator of "Babeș-Bolyai" University of Cluj-Napoca – Faculty of Law in the field of Public Finance Law (classes of 2024 and 2025). She is a graduate and holds a master's degree in International and Comparative Business Law from the same faculty.
